Argonauts, REDBLACKS side with Stampeders for Grey Cup

The Toronto Argonauts and the Ottawa REDBLACKS are thinking the Calgary Stampeders are going to win today’s 102nd Grey Cup and have said so on Twitter.

Toronto and Hamilton are hated rivals that haven’t shared a lot of love this season. The Ticats victory against the Montreal Alouettes knocked the Argos from the playoffs as the BC Lions made the crossover. Not sure if the logo on the hindquarters is meant to be a branding mark or if Toronto has a lot of My Little Pony fans.

Ottawa has taken a less personal route as REDBLACKS’ defensive back Eric Fraser and linebacker Anton McKenzie gave their thoughts on the game.

Other teams like the Saskatchewan Roughriders haven’t made any predictions, but have posted a lot of fun fan photos from #ridernation at the Grey Cup Festival. The Lions have been doing the same as the host team for this year’s Grey Cup on their Twitter feed.

The Calgary Stampeders will play the Hamilton Tigercats for it all tonight at BC Place in Vancouver. Check Slotback Waggle’s game primer on the 102nd Grey Cup for more information.
